We are seeking a motivated and efficient Line Cook for Le Burger 4304 to work AM shifts Thursday-Sunday. The Line Cook will play an integral part in maintaining exceptional food standards while working in an upbeat, positive environment. At Le Burger 4304 we take pride in providing uncompromising hospitality in food, beverages, service, and atmosphere. All employees, regardless of position, must strive every day to ensure all four are performing at the highest level possible.
Line Cook Responsibilities:
· Desire to learn and better understand new cooking techniques.
· Prepare dishes in a timely and efficient manner.
· Inform Sous Chef and Head Chef of low stock items.
· Ensure all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation are being enforced.
· Collaborate with other team members to maintain a professional and positive environment.
· Maintain open communication with FOH members to relay order details and special requests.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working in a fast paced environment.
· 1-2 years prior line cook experience.
· Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
