What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients' physical condition and complete comprehensive physical therapy assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals and needs
• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Educate patients and caregivers on proper techniques, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

What We're Looking For

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing a caseload
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Home health experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Employment

• 1099 Independent Contractor
