We're seeking compassionate, motivated Physical Therapy Assistants who are passionate about helping patients improve their mobility, restore function, and enhance their overall quality of life under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper documentation during each visit
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide coordinated patient care

What We're Looking For

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing a caseload
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Home health experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Employment

• 1099 Independent Contractor
