What You'll Do

• Evaluate and assess patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals and needs
• Provide evidence-based speech therapy interventions to improve communication and swallowing function
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies and home exercise programs to support continued progress
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

What We're Looking For

• Active Speech Therapist license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing a caseload
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Home health experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Employment

• 1099 Independent Contractor
