What You Can Expect
Pay: $19 /hour, with opportunities for increases every 6 months based on job performance.

A day in the life of a Chick-fil-A Team Member: As a Kitchen Team Member, you may:
- Rotate, bread, and filet chicken
- Run machines used for cooking
- Assemble sandwiches
- Box nuggets and strips
- Make and portion out soup and mac and cheese
- Use the fryer to make waffle fries and hashbrowns
- Bake cookies and biscuits
- Wash and chop produce and assemble salads, wraps, and fruit trays
- Prepare food for catering
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Work collaboratively with your team
- Represent Chick-fil-A with professionalism and care
