Scheduling Information:

At Chick-fil-A Royersford and Chick-fil-A Sanatoga, high school students are typically scheduled for 5–6-hour shifts Monday through Thursday, 5–7-hour shifts on Fridays, and 6–8-hour shifts on Saturdays.

Our restaurants close at 10:00 p.m., and closing responsibilities can take 20 minutes to one hour. Therefore, applicants must be available to work until 11:00 p.m. We make every effort not to schedule the same individuals to close every shift, but this cannot be guaranteed. Actual shifts may vary and can include:

4:00–9:00 p.m. | 4:00–10:00 p.m. | 5:00–10:00 p.m. | 5:00–11:00 p.m.

We schedule team members for a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including Saturdays. Saturday is our busiest day and availability is expected from all team members. Not being available on Saturdays may impact our hiring decision.

For scheduling purposes, all team members must provide availability for a minimum of 4 days per week, even if they only wish to be scheduled 3 days.

Minors under age 16 are subject to additional legal work restrictions. During the school year, they typically work 3-hour shifts Monday through Friday and may work up to 8 hours on Saturdays, with shifts ending by 7:00 p.m.
