What we are looking for:

As a host or a hostess at Country Inn, you will serve as the first person that our guests see when they walk through the door. Being the first impression at our establishment it is critical. Our host/hostesses must be friendly, outgoing, courteous, well dressed, well-spoken and calm under pressure. They know that treating guests like family guides everything we do!

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes guests’ name throughout interaction, if known.
• Resolves guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Seats guests, following proper rotation and accommodating all guest requests when possible
• Sets up Host Person station with necessary supplies, maintains cleanliness at all times, and answers restaurant telephone courteously and efficiently
