Background Profile
- Must be 18 or older
- Must be available to work closing shifts, specifically 2:00pm–11:00pm
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment, especially during hectic periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, including in hot kitchen conditions
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and coachable mindset
- Strong communication skills with guests and team members
- Ability to complete closing tasks, including taking out trash and cleaning machines during closing hours
