- Work Directly with our Contracted Business Clients
- Build Catering Menus and Proposals based on your Clients Wants and Needs
- Liaison between Kitchen Staff, Operations Staff and Outside Vendors
- Use Microsoft Office include Excel, Word, Outlook Mail & Calendar
- Use Internal Software to Execute Event Proposals
- Site Visits with Clients & Venue Managers
- Billing, Invoicing & Payments
- Scheduling Staff Needed for Events
- Grow Sales through Networking & Prospecting
- Manage Individual Sales Goals
- Attend & Work Foodstuffs Events as Needed
