Overview:

Act as an extension of the store-level Management team by taking ownership of all aspects of the restaurant especially if GM, AGM or AM is not there - the restaurant is a reflection of the entire team, not just the manager. We want leaders who will set the example of not just being a clock puncher trying to leave as soon as they can, but individuals who take pride in their work by doing it right the first time, even if it takes a little longer and ensuring our team members are held accountable to the standards we have to help us continue to grow.

All responsibilities below are a support to the General Manager and Assistant Manager, they are leading the way and your support is essential in combination with them and especially in their absence.

Responsibilities:

• Help lead and supervise a team of FOH & BOH employees during shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Assist in managing and resolving customer complaints or issues
• Train and develop team members on company policies and procedures
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness & sanitation standards
• Hold team members accountable for completing opening, closing & side work responsibilities based on posted checklists
• Oversee catering order preparation and execution

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a supervisory role preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts
