What You’ll Do
As a Daytime Shift Leader, you’ll:
- Lead Team Members during high-volume restaurant operations
- Set goals and expectations for your shift
- Coach, encourage, and develop Team Members
- Assist with training new hires
- Respond quickly and respectfully to guest needs
- Help maintain Chick-fil-A standards for food, service, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Lead shifts and serve as a key holder when assigned
- Support cash-management and drawer responsibilities
- Help address Team Member performance and behavioral concerns
- Communicate effectively with Team Members and restaurant leadership
- Step in wherever needed to help the team succeed

Previous leadership, restaurant, or supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
