Join the Chick-fil-A Ironwood & Ocotillo Delivery Team as an Early Bird S.W.A.T. Team Member. You’ll help bring Chick-fil-A hospitality beyond the restaurant by safely delivering orders to guests throughout our community while supporting our restaurant team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work earlier, earn tips, build valuable experience, and still have time for school, another job, the gym, or life outside of work. Your shifts will be scheduled by our team.

What You’ll Do
As a S.W.A.T. Team Member — Servants Working All Together, you’ll:
- Safely and efficiently deliver Chick-fil-A orders
- Provide friendly and professional Chick-fil-A hospitality
- Represent our restaurant throughout the Queen Creek community
- Follow safe-driving and delivery procedures
- Prepare and organize delivery orders
- Keep delivery vehicles and delivery areas clean and organized
- Support restaurant operations when needed
- Follow Chick-fil-A safety, appearance, and operational standards
What We’re Looking For
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Successful Motor Vehicle Record review before starting
- Working smartphone with a data plan and GPS
- Ability to carry delivery bags weighing approximately 20–25 lbs.
- Safe and responsible driving habits
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team
