Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Culinary FOH Server / Packer to support our culinary team with daily production and packaging of ready-to-eat foods. If you like working with food, moving fast, and taking pride in clean, accurate work—this one’s for you. This is a seasonal position, perfect for someone who wants consistent work in a professional kitchen environment without the late-night chaos.
Responsibilities
- Assist the culinary team with daily food production
- Package ready-to-eat items accurately and efficiently
- Wrap sandwiches and burritos with care (yes, presentation matters)
- Scoop and portion sauces, salads, and prepared items to spec
- Label all products correctly (dates, names, accuracy—no shortcuts)
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
- Support FOH operations as needed during service or packaging runs
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced food environment
- Strong attention to detail—this is not a “close enough” job
- Ability to follow recipes, specs, and labeling standards
- Team player with a solid work ethic
- Food handling experience preferred (but not required—we’ll train the right person)
