Job Summary
Relentless Hospitality Collective is seeking an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to support pastry operations across multiple concepts. This position functions as a corporate pastry role, overseeing pastry development, procurement, and coordination for restaurant, catering, and culinary production.
Responsibilities
- R&D and development of new pastry items
- Creation and maintenance of pastry menus
- Pastry procurement, ordering, and inventory control
- Support restaurant pastry and sous chef operations
- Coordinate with Operations for product delivery and execution
- Assist with production during peak periods
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional pastry experience
- Experience with menu development and production planning
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Multi-unit or catering experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
