Key Responsibilities
- Lead and model excellent customer service in line with MSE standards
- Train, coach, and develop team members to maximize sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and food quality standards
- Assist with managing cash and register operations as needed
- Maintain a professional appearance adhering to company dress policies
- Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and employee management
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in restaurant or similar environment preferred
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with POS systems
- Ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
