Job Responsibilities:
- Perform stocking and upkeep of the department.
- Provide excellent customer service and advice on small engine products.
- Ensure all calls are answered promptly, courteously, and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a fun and productive work environment.
- Assist with daily maintenance, orderliness, and cleanliness of the department.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience and knowledge of small gas engines and battery equipment, particularly STIHL and Ego products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple products effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Computer experience is required.
