Breader Responsibilities:
Accurate Preparation of Product:
- Filet raw chicken breasts to proper size
- Marinate chicken according to Brand standards
- Hand-bread chicken using seasoned coater
Adhere to Food Safety and Food Quality Standards:
- Adhere to exact recipes and preparation techniques
- Maintain portion control and consistency
- Handle raw poultry safely to prevent contamination
- Follow sanitation guidelines and cleaning schedules
- Comply with health department regulations
Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment:
- Keep breading station clean and fully stocked
- Rotate inventory (FIFO method)
Demonstrate a Heart of Service:
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Display a sense of urgency to keep up with fast-paced demand during rush periods
