Chicken Salad Chick, a renowned brand known for its mouth-watering menu, is seeking a highly skilled Prep professional to join our team. As part of our Winrock Prep Team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining excellence and providing superb service to our customers.
Job Summary:
- Prepare a variety of products such as chicken salads, pimento cheese, side salads, soups, and desserts.
- Adhere strictly to CSC standards for recipes and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
- Early morning hours-7am start time. This is a great postion for "morning people"
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Follow Brand Standards for uniform appearance and grooming.
- Complete opening and closing checklists.
- Refer to Daily Prep List for assigned duties.
- Prepare food products according to CSC recipe and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
- Attend employee meetings and contribute improvement suggestions.
- Report equipment and food quality issues promptly.
- Use Standard Recipe Cards for all products.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and exert mobility for the workday.
- Must be able to lift or carry 20 pounds.
- Must be physically able to work in various kitchen stations.
