Shift Coordinator
Role:
The Shift Coordinator is responsible for planning, communicating, organizing and
executing the shift to ensure we fulfill our core purpose of Winning Hearts while driving
performance metric benchmarks. Coordinating talent and ensuring operational
preparedness are key components.
At A Glance:
Pay Range: $15 – $17.25
Total Hours per week: 15-40
Administrative time: Negligible

• Multi-tasking: capable of managing multiple priorities and shifting demands
during high-volume periods.

• Must be able to lead a minimum of two shifts per week & must be available on
Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, speed, and accuracy.
- Anticipate and prevent potential service disruptions before they occur.
- Coach and develop team members.
- Uphold high standards for food quality, hospitality, and operational performance.
- Foster a strong, caring team culture centered on communication, teamwork, and accountability.
- Monitor key shift metrics and make real-time adjustments to achieve goals.
- Collaborate with other leaders to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of progressive experience in hospitality, leadership, or other performance-focused environments.
- Proven leadership experience with strong communication and team-building skills.
- A proactive, people-first mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Passion for developing others and achieving results through teamwork.
- Ability to think critically, adapt to change, and lead effectively under pressure.
- Commitment to aligning daily decisions with organizational goals and purpose.
