Main Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly upon entering and leaving the shop
- Manage transactions using our cash register with accuracy
- Scan goods, ensuring pricing and quantities are correct
- Accept payments in cash, credit, or check
- Provide change and receipts, and issue coupons and gift cards
- Bag and wrap purchased goods for safe transport
- Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate
Job Requirements:
- Must have at least a high school diploma
- Experience with POS systems and cash registers is a plus
- Basic computer knowledge and good math skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve complaints
- Ability to work effectively in a team
