About the Experience
The Exchange is partnering with Sippin’ Santa, a nationally celebrated tiki-inspired holiday pop-up bar created by the team behind Miracle, to bring a tropical twist on holiday cheer to our guests. With over-the-top décor, island-style cocktails, and a vibrant atmosphere, we’re turning The Exchange into a festive paradise — and we’re looking for spirited bartenders to join our seasonal crew!
Your Impact
As a Seasonal Bartender, you’ll bring the Sippin’ Santa magic to life by crafting creative tiki cocktails, engaging with guests, and maintaining the high service standards that make The Exchange a destination for craft cocktails and community.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve Sippin’ Santa’s signature cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Provide a warm, engaging, and memorable guest experience that reflects both the Sippin’ Santa and Exchange brands.
- Set up and break down the bar each shift, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels.
- Collaborate with fellow team members and management to maintain a positive, efficient, and fun working environment.
- Follow all alcohol service and safety guidelines, maintaining professionalism and responsibility.
- Participate enthusiastically in pop-up events, themed nights, and holiday programming.
Your Skills & Experience
- Previous bartending or mixology experience in a fast-paced or craft cocktail environment preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and enthusiasm for the holiday tiki theme.

Essential requirements:
- Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid Indiana Alcohol Server Permit required
