Your Impact

As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the financial health and operational success of a growing, multi-unit hospitality organization. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial data while helping drive consistency and efficiency across locations.

You will partner closely with finance and operations teams to support day-to-day accounting functions, improve processes, and contribute to timely and reliable financial reporting that enables strong business decisions.

Your Responsibilities

Accounts Payable & Transaction Management

  • Process and manage accounts payable transactions across multiple restaurant locations
  • Ensure invoices are accurately coded, approved, and aligned with company standards
  • Maintain vendor records and support resolution of vendor inquiries
  • Contribute to timely and accurate payment cycles

Bank & Financial Reconciliation

  • Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations across multiple accounts
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies with a high level of accuracy and urgency
  • Support month-end close activities related to cash and accounts payable

Process Improvement & Consistency

  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows and increase efficiency
  • Support implementation of process improvements across accounting and financial reporting
  • Help standardize financial procedures across restaurant locations to drive consistency

Operational Partnership

  • Collaborate with restaurant operations teams to support accurate financial reporting
  • Provide guidance on financial processes, expense tracking, and documentation
  • Strengthen communication between finance and operations to ensure alignment and clarity

Your Skills/Experience

  • 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable and bank reconciliations
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

  • Restaurant or hospitality accounting experience
  • Experience with Restaurant365 (R365) or similar platforms
  • Experience supporting multi-location businesses
