Your Impact

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will shape how PHG attracts, develops, and grows its people. This role is responsible for building and executing talent strategies that strengthen our leadership pipeline, elevate the candidate and team member experience, and ensure our teams are equipped to deliver best-in-class hospitality.

You will partner closely with leaders across the business to drive thoughtful hiring, meaningful development planning, and long-term succession strategies, ensuring PHG continues to grow with strong, capable, and culture-aligned talent.


Your Responsibilities

Talent Strategy & Acquisition

  • Design and execute full cycle recruitment strategies across hourly, management, and executive levels
  • Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and build proactive sourcing and hiring plans
  • Develop and refine interview tools, processes, and employer branding to create consistency and efficiency
  • Own and continuously improve the candidate experience from first touch through onboarding

Onboarding & Experience

  • Design and lead a welcoming, high-impact onboarding experience that reflects PHG’s culture and sets new hires up for success
  • Ensure a seamless transition into the business through thoughtful communication, tools, and leader enablement

Talent Development & Culture

  • Lead and support development planning processes for key talent, ensuring plans are actionable, tracked, and aligned to business needs
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen coaching capabilities and ownership of team member growth
  • Track and drive completion of development plans and leadership training initiatives across the organization
  • Identify gaps in capability and partner on solutions that support team member growth and retention

Succession Planning

  • Own and facilitate annual succession planning processes across the organization
  • Partner with leaders to identify high potential talent and build readiness plans for critical roles
  • Maintain visibility into bench strength and proactively address gaps in the leadership pipeline

Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Utilize data and reporting to inform hiring strategies, development efforts, and talent priorities
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to drive efficiency, consistency, and quality across talent practices
  • Stay current on market trends and innovative approaches to attract and develop hospitality talent

Partnership & Brand

  • Build strong relationships internally as a trusted partner and advisor to leaders
  • Strengthen external partnerships with hospitality programs, schools, and community organizations to build talent pipelines
  • Support and represent PHG at hiring events and community initiatives

Your Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Talent, Human Resources, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment and talent strategy
  • Experience leading or facilitating succession planning and development planning processes
  • Strong ability to influence and partner with leaders at multiple levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Experience using data to inform decisions and improve outcomes
  • Hospitality industry experience preferred
