Un Deux Trois is looking for an experienced Lead Baker / Assistant Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique hybrid role that combines hands-on baking leadership with café operations and management support. We're looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and leads by example.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily baking and pastry production
- Execute recipes with consistency, quality, and attention to detail
- Support product development and seasonal menu offerings
- Assist with inventory, ordering, food cost management, and production planning
- Help train, coach, and develop team members
- Serve as a key operational partner to the General Manager
- Support front-of-house operations during busy service periods
- Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Uphold and model Un Deux Trois' culture, hospitality standards, and core values
Required Qualifications
- Professional baking, pastry, culinary, or relevant food production experience
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred
- Ability to work overnight and early morning shifts
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask between production and operational responsibilities
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Dependable, accountable, and self-motivated
Schedule
- Early mornings and occasional overnight production shifts
- No late-night restaurant hours
- Mix of baking production, management, and café support shifts
- Full-time salary position
