Hotel Domestique is looking for a professional, experienced Night Auditor. As our Night

Auditor, you will be responsible for addressing guest concerns in a timely and appropriate manner, as well as creating a face and a connection to our guests. This position requires an individual to actively deliver service that is attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous. The Night Audit is primarily responsible for the Front Desk, security, and safety of the guests.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

 The high-quality care, well-being and overall recognition of our guests.

Interfacing with guests (when necessary) and resolving any concerns that may arise.

 Directly oversee the Front Desk and lock down of the entire property.

 Knowledge of the continuously changing promotions, rates, room and property

descriptions.

 Proper maintenance, operation and training of all departmental systems

including RoomKey, Heartland, credit card terminal, printers, copiers, and

telephones. Learn basic hotel maintenance in order to troubleshoot.

 Responsible for the overall appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel,

including but not limited to, the guest rooms, the lobby, hallways, courtyard, pool deck, wellness room, and public bathrooms.

 Communicate consistently with management on the updated status of operations and guest concerns.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 Must be eligible to work in the United States of America.

 Must be at least 18 years of age.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, conveying information and

ideas clearly

 Proficient in a PC environment and with Microsoft Office.

 Proficient with RoomKey or similar Property Management System.

 Strong analytical skills.

 Be able to work with a variety of colleagues and guests.

 Be able to take and give direction.

 Must be neat, courteous, flexible and extremely detail oriented.

 Must enjoy and be able to meet the public with poise.

 Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional with demanding guests and

in difficult situations.

 Must be able to show initiative in job performance, including the anticipation of

what needs to be done before it becomes necessary.

 Must be able to meet deadlines.

 Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds up and down flights of stairs.

 A team player, that is flexible and willing to help support Hotel Domestique's

goals and the ability to support other hotels rooms operation.
