What You'll Own as Center Director:
- Full day-to-day operations — you run the center like it's your own business
- Sales and enrollment: respond to leads quickly, convert them into enrolled families, and hit growth targets
- Team leadership: recruit, hire, train, schedule, and develop a team of math instructors and leads
- Student success: oversee assessments, learning plans, and instructional quality so every student progresses
- Parent relationships: be the trusted point of contact who keeps families engaged, satisfied, and enrolled
- Center performance: track KPIs, manage profitability, and make the calls that keep the business healthy
- Local marketing: build relationships with schools and the community to keep the pipeline of leads strong
What We're Looking For
- Previous management or leadership experience is required — you've led people before
- A track record in sales or customer relationships — you're comfortable owning a number
- A genuine passion for math and for helping students succeed
- The ability to balance strategy with hands-on, in-the-weeds execution
- Confidence to make decisions quickly and follow through without second-guessing
- Strong math competency (through at least Algebra I) — you'll be tested, not just interviewed
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working at or running a Mathnasium center is strongly preferred
- Bilingual, Spanish-speaking, is a plus
- Familiarity with the Mathnasium Method, center management software, and Mathnasium University

Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
