Freddy's is looking for managers who are passionate about guest relations, employee development and business growth.



Freddy's is seeking Hourly Shift Supervisors. Starting at $14 - $17 per hour. Restaurant experience is required. This position can be part-time or full-time with opportunity to work up to 50 hours a week. Candidates for this position must have daytime, evening, and weekend availability. This position requires the ability to close the restaurant multiple times a week.


Our restaurant closes at 10:00pm Sun-Thurs and 11:00pm Fri/Sat.

Shift supervisors help run shifts, manage team members, take care of guest resolution, make sure the restaurant is clean and organized, work key stations, open or close restaurant, etc

Physical Requirements (including but not limited to):

  • Available to work a variety of hours to include days, nights, and weekends
  • Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions.
  • Will be required to lift up to 40 pounds during the course of a workday.
  • Will require bending, stooping, and occasional use of a ladder.

  • Aptitude towards learning, coaching and teamwork; ability to motivate, train and hold responsible a diverse staff in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards while managing time and priorities efficiently
