Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance with clear objectives
- Plan and allocate tasks to ensure efficient hotel operations
- Manage budgets, analyze financial data, and monitor sales and profits
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the hotel
- Engage with customers to welcome them, address complaints, and provide information
- Handle maintenance issues, staff shortages, and oversee renovations
- Collaborate with suppliers, travel agencies, and event planners
- Conduct regular facility inspections to enforce health and safety standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong knowledge of hotel management best practices and relevant laws
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with hotel management software (PMS) preferred
- Excellent customer service and business acumen
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, able to multitask, and work well under pressure
- Outstanding leadership skills and great attention to detail
