Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in supervising all hotel departments including Front Desk, Breakfast, and Housekeeping staff
- Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to optimize operational efficiency
- Welcome guests, address complaints, provide solutions, and offer helpful information
- Support maintenance management, staffing coordination, and facility renovations
- Regularly inspect facilities to ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience is required; Front Desk experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills combined with a strong business mindset
- Proven decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, able to multitask and perform well under pressure
- Outstanding leadership skills with great attention to detail
- Must pass background screening to qualify
