Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Construction Clean-Up Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety at construction sites by performing a variety of tasks. Your efforts will help ensure that the site is ready for the next phase of construction or for handover to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Clean-Up:** Remove debris, trash, and construction materials from the site.
- Surface Cleaning:** Sweep, mop, and clean floors, walls, and other surfaces.
- Material Handling:** Dispose of waste and recyclable materials in compliance with local regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance:** Clean and maintain tools and equipment used for clean-up.
- Safety Compliance:** Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or safety concerns to the site supervisor.
- Team Collaboration:** Work effectively with other team members and communicate clearly with site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Experience:** Previous experience in construction clean-up or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina:** Ability to lift heavy objects, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail:** Ability to thoroughly clean and organize various areas.
- Safety Awareness:** Knowledge of basic safety practices on construction sites.
- Reliability:** Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication Skills:** Ability to understand and follow instructions.
