Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed company goals
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners
- Analyze sales data and trends to uncover new growth opportunities
- Assist and coordinate NHOP efforts effectively
- Maintain standardized sales policies and procedures
- Manage LNR Accounts & Groups
- Establish connections with CVBs and Chambers in the local area
- Ensure monthly action plans by Sales Associates are successfully implemented
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven track record in sales with consistent target achievement
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to travel overnight as required
- Strong knowledge of the local area
- High school diploma or equivalent

Work Schedule & Location

- Locations covered include Holiday Inn Express York Center Drive, Holiday Inn Express New Albany Ohio and Holiday Inn Express Springfield Ohio
