Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests warmly and professionally
- Maintain a constant presence at the front desk to ensure smooth operations
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle billing, post charges, and collect payments accurately
- Create reservations and manage room availability
- Answer phone calls and provide information about the local area
- Coordinate with housekeeping for room status and guest requests
- Maintain security of guest information, keys, and cash drawer
- Ensure cleanliness of front desk and lobby areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred experience in customer service or hotel industry
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy and strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 30 pounds
- Availability to work weekends
