Key Responsibilities

Supervise all hotel departments including front desk, kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance with clear objectives
Plan and allocate tasks to ensure efficient daily operations and a smooth workflow
Manage budgets, monitor sales and profits, and analyze financial reports
Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote hotel services
Engage with customers by welcoming them, resolving complaints, and providing information
Handle maintenance, staffing, equipment shortages, and oversee renovations
Collaborate with external partners such as suppliers, travel agencies, and event planners
Regularly inspect facilities and enforce strict health and safety standards

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a relevant leadership role
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Strong understanding of hotel management best practices, laws, and guidelines
Proficient with MS Office; experience with hotel management software (PMS) is advantageous
Exceptional customer service skills combined with a sharp business mindset
Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities under pressure
Outstanding leadership skills with great attention to detail
