Key Responsibilities
- Follow all safety and security policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 50 pounds.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, maintaining high quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and protect company confidentiality.
- Deliver excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs with a pleasant attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to reach common goals.
- Use computers efficiently to locate and enter work-related information.
- Be available for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred but not required.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and push/pull medium to large objects.
- Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and moving frequently throughout the facility.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a motivated team.
