Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake pretzels and similar goods.
- Follow recipes and ensure accurate measurements of ingredients
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate and expedite the flow of food orders in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ensure that all food items are prepared and delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Collaborate with bakery staff to prioritize and organize food preparation
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including cake decorating and baking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.
*Experience:
- Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Familiarity with various baking equipment and tools
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
