Dining Room Hospitality Host

The Dining Room Hospitality Host is the face of hospitality in our restaurant. This role ensures that every guest who steps into Chick-fil-A Wentzville feels welcomed, cared for, and appreciated. The ideal team member creates memorable experiences by maintaining a clean and orderly dining environment, proactively serving guests, and embodying genuine kindness and service-minded leadership.


Key Responsibilities

Guest Hospitality & Service

  • Greet every guest with warmth, kindness, and a genuine desire to serve.
  • Give every guest a warm, fond farewell and thank them for visiting.
  • Proactively assist guests with needs such as refills, table service, high chairs, condiments, packaging, and carrying trays.
  • Create a comfortable dining experience by anticipating guest needs before they ask.
  • Engage guests in friendly conversation while upholding professionalism.
  • Support curbside, mobile dine-in, and delivery-related needs when applicable.

Dining Room Cleanliness & Organization

  • Maintain a spotless dining room through continuous table touches, trash monitoring, and restocking.
  • Ensure restrooms remain clean, sanitized, and stocked at all times.
  • Keep condiment stations, beverage areas, and utensil stations clean, organized, and replenished.
  • Assist in maintaining outdoor dining areas.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols consistently.

Proactive Operations Support

  • Identify emerging needs during busy periods and communicate effectively with the Front-of-House team.
  • Support team members by resetting trays, stocking supplies, and pivoting where needed.
  • Help manage dining-room flow and seating availability during peak hours.

Our Commitment

Pay: From minimum wage to $17 per hour depending on experience

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
