Back of House Team Member

Rate of pay$13.5 - 15.5 per hour

Team members are the M.V.P's of daily operations! From the back of house to the front of house, they serve guests by first preparing safe, delicious food and then delivering it with fast, friendly, genuine hospitality.  


Compensation: Hourly pay rate from $13.50 - $15.50


Requirements:

  • 18+ years old
  • Ability to work at least 20 hrs. per week
  • Great attitude
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Responsibilities:

Proficient in executing operational tasks based on assignment, including:

  • Executes operational excellence
  • Accurate, proper presentation and effective assembly of food orders
  • Able to properly use all equipment related to the kitchen
  • Communicates effectively with the front counter and drive-thru team about wait times and when to park cars
  • Always prepares for food safety and quality evaluations by following required food quality and safety procedures
  • Monitors/prevents waste by following proper tracking procedures
  • Ensures food contact surfaces are constantly cleaned and sanitized before and after preparing food and at least every 4 hours for ongoing tasks
  • Ensures a clean and inviting kitchen environment, including: walls, floors, floorboards, ceiling, hood vents and equipment
  • Must obtain Food Handlers certificate within the first 7 days of employment
  • Must access and utilize Hot Schedule phone app for clear communication of availability
  • Complete required New Hire Pathway video training within the first 14 days of employment
  • Must access and utilize Pathway videos for continued growth and development
