Responsibilities :
Executing Chick-Fil-A operational procedures with a servant mindset for our guests.
Demonstrating knowledge of the brand promotions, and products we provide.
Ability to execute opening and/or closing procedures for the restaurant.
Oversee and assist the team in operations continuously.
Delegate tasks as they are appropriate for operations.
Model clear communication within the team and demonstrate a positive attitude.
Ability to handle cash and execute cash management procedures
Effectively lead and manage a team.
Coaching, teaching & training team members on policies & procedures & creating a positive work environment for everyone.
Requirements :
18 years or older
Reliable transportation
Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace.
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
Treats others with honor, dignity, and respect.
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy objects, as needed.
