Pay Rate: $12.15 per hour (+ tips) (ranges between $15-$21/hr+)

Are you looking for a fast-paced, team-oriented job where you can serve guests with excellence both inside the restaurant & on the road? At Chick-fil-A Citadel Crossing, we are looking for reliable, service-minded individuals to join our Delivery Team!
As a Chick-fil-A Delivery Driver, you will represent our brand while delivering meals in our company-provided vehicle. When not on deliveries, you’ll work alongside our Front of House Team Members, helping ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience with a valid driver’s license
- Must have a valid Social Security card for required background check
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past three years
- Availability to work Saturdays as needed
- Strong teamwork & communication skills
- Commitment to Chick-fil-A’s values of hospitality, integrity, & excellence
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Must have a reliable smart phone with GPS & Bluetooth capabilities because you will be required to consistently access various team apps for your deliveries
- Must have the ability to pass a background check for base delivery access (including screening for offenses such as theft, sexual assault, or domestic violence—applicants with these offenses will not qualify for base access & therefore are not eligible to be hired for this role)

Responsibilities:
- Safely & efficiently deliver Chick-fil-A orders to guests in a safe & timely manner
- Provide exceptional guest service both on deliveries & in-store
- Ensure order accuracy & maintain food quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness & upkeep of company vehicles
- Follow all driving safety regulations & Chick-fil-A delivery procedures
- Between Deliveries, support the Front of House Team Members (greeting guests, running orders, meal preparation, maintaining a clean restaurant environment, etc.)
