Are you looking for a fast-paced, team-oriented role where you can serve guests with excellence both inside the restaurant and on the road? Chick-fil-A Citadel Crossing is seeking reliable, service-minded individuals to join our Delivery Team.
As a Delivery Driver, you’ll represent the Chick-fil-A brand while delivering meals in a company-provided vehicle. When not on deliveries, you’ll support our Front of House team, helping create an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience with a valid driver’s license
- Must have a valid Social Security card for required background checks
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past three years
- Availability to work Saturdays is required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to Chick-fil-A’s values of hospitality, integrity, and excellence
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Must have a reliable smartphone with GPS and Bluetooth capabilities (required for delivery-related apps)
- Must be able to pass a background check for base delivery access
- (Applicants with offenses such as theft, sexual assault, or domestic violence will not qualify for base access and therefore are not eligible for this role)
Important:
Our delivery vehicles are equipped with interior and exterior monitoring systems for safety and quality assurance.

Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Chick-fil-A orders in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional guest service both on deliveries and in-store
- Ensure order accuracy and maintain food quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and proper care of company vehicles
- Follow all driving safety regulations and Chick-fil-A delivery procedures
- Support Front of House operations between deliveries (greeting guests, running orders, maintaining cleanliness, etc.)
