Position Overview: Front of House (FOH) Team Member
Our Front of House Team Members are the face of Chick-fil-A and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, friendly, and memorable experience for every guest.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Greet and engage guests with enthusiasm and care
- Take orders, process payments, and assist guests as needed
- Create emotional connections that reflect Chick-fil-A hospitality
- Work on your feet for extended periods while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay & Position Details
- Positions available: Full-Time or Part-Time
- Pay: Starting at $15.15/hour (based on experience and availability)

Preferred Experience
Previous experience is a plus but not required. We welcome applicants with backgrounds in customer service or restaurant roles, including experience with brands such as Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Panera Bread, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Burger King, In-N-Out Burger, and similar environments.
