Full time role 4-day work schedule/3 days off , excellent rate with tips. We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join our team as a Porter/Maintenance team member. This role is essential to keeping our marina clean, safe, and running smoothly — but just as importantly, it’s also a frontline customer service position. You’ll report to the General Manager and work closely with the rest of the team to ensure a positive experience for every customer who walks through our gates.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain a clean and welcoming facility through regular trash removal, janitorial duties, and general upkeep
- Assist dockhands in greeting and safely docking incoming vessels
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, offering assistance whenever needed
- Take pride in the appearance and safety of the marina, treating it like your own

- Sunday- Tuesday, 7 am- 6 pm

About Working in a Marina
The “Dream work is in the Team work!” As a Marina team member, you will be cross trained to perform a variety of tasks across our Marina operations. Being flexible and open to “pitching in” is an essential function of being part of the team! Most marina team members are multi-functional and perform many varied tasks. Especially during emergencies, (storms, floods, etc.) or peak boating times, team members will be called upon to work together and perform functions that may be in addition to their normal job duties. “That’s not my Job”, is not within our Marina operations vocabulary. The more well-rounded the team member, the more opportunities to grow and be considered for future opportunities!
All other duties perform all other duties as assigned, including carrying out responsibilities, performing duties, using skills, and working in conditions necessary to perform all assigned tasks.
Education and Experience:
• Porter or Custodial experience preferred
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Attention to detail
• Some light maintenance skills , a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions
Physical Requirements:
• Work is done primarily outdoors in all types of inclement weather conditions.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, crouch and stoop for extended periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to use electrical tools and equipment
• Manual dexterity needed
• Use of personal protective equipment for safety
