Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support team members during the afternoon and evening shifts

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience leading teams of 20 or more
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to make decisions quickly and manage a dynamic work environment
- Open availability, including Fridays and Saturdays, and holidays
