Chick-fil-A is seeking a dependable and experienced individual to serve as a Director. This leadership position is responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, and managing team performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support team members during the afternoon and evening shifts
  • Maintain operational efficiency and customer service standards
  • Assist with training and performance management

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience leading teams of 20 or more
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and manage a dynamic work environment
  • Open availability, including Fridays and Saturdays, and holidays
