What You'll Do:
• Learn Chick-fil-A’s recipes, procedures, and quality standards
• Prepare and cook food with speed, accuracy, and consistency
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized so the kitchen stays sharp
• Work in sync with the team during high-volume rushes (we move with purpose)
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and holding procedures
• Communicate well, stay calm under pressure, and bring a great attitude
• Step up to help wherever needed and take ownership of the shift
• Complete other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
• Reliable, on-time, and dependable (your team should be able to count on you)
• Coachable — you respond well to feedback and want to improve
• Able to work fast without getting sloppy
• Comfortable in a busy kitchen environment (heat, noise, hustle, teamwork)
• A strong work ethic and a positive, professional mindset
• Able to work at least 3 days per week and most Saturdays
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Eligible to work in the United States
