As we begin an exciting new chapter following our grand reopening, we're looking for dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Morning Back of House (BOH) Team Members who take pride in preparing quality food, working efficiently, and supporting their teammates.
Our morning kitchen team plays a critical role in preparing the restaurant for success. From setting up equipment and preparing ingredients to delivering fresh, high-quality food during breakfast and our busy lunch hours, your work helps establish the pace, consistency, and operational excellence our guests expect.

Morning Availability Expectations
We're seeking team members with availability between 5:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Applicants should have flexibility to be scheduled within this morning and daytime window.
- You will not be expected to work the entire 5:30 AM–5:00 PM period. Individual shifts will be scheduled based on restaurant needs and team member availability.
- Early morning availability, including the ability to work opening shifts, is especially valuable.
- Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
What You'll Do
- Prepare kitchen equipment, workstations, and ingredients for a successful opening.
- Follow Chick-fil-A recipes, preparation procedures, and quality standards to deliver fresh, delicious food.
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and package menu items with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards throughout your shift.
- Monitor product levels, replenish supplies, and keep workstations organized and ready.
- Work with speed, accuracy, and consistency as the restaurant transitions from breakfast into busy lunch hours.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen teammates and Front of House team members to support smooth operations.
- Take ownership of your responsibilities while supporting the overall success of the kitchen.

Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not required. We provide training and are looking for individuals with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to grow.
