Chick-fil-A Rivers Avenue is beginning an exciting new chapter — and we’re looking for enthusiastic Part-Time Back of House (BOH) Team Members to help bring our grand reopening to life!
As we reopen our doors, our kitchen team will help set the standard for great food, fast service, and a remarkable guest experience. What You’ll Do:
As a Back of House Team Member, you’ll help deliver the quality and consistency our guests count on. Your responsibilities may include:
• Learning Chick-fil-A menu items, recipes, procedures, and quality standards
• Preparing, cooking, and presenting food with speed, accuracy, and care
• Keeping your station clean, stocked, and organized
• Following food-safety, sanitation, storage, and cleaning procedures
• Working alongside the team during high-volume periods with a positive attitude
• Supporting our grand-reopening goals through strong execution and teamwork
• Helping wherever needed and completing other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for people who are excited to help launch this next chapter and grow with the team:
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to contribute
• Available at least three days per week, including most Saturdays
• Coachable, positive, and willing to learn
• Comfortable in a busy kitchen environment with heat, noise, hustle, and teamwork
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Eligible to work in the United States
