What You’ll Do:
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be part of the team creating moments that keep guests coming back. Your responsibilities may include:
• Greeting and serving guests with genuine kindness and professionalism
• Taking accurate orders and processing payments quickly and confidently
• Serving food and drinks with speed, hospitality, and attention to detail
• Working as a strong teammate during rushes — staying calm, sharp, and focused
• Keeping the dining room, front counter, and beverage stations clean and organized
• Restocking supplies and staying ready for what’s next
• Helping maintain Chick-fil-A’s brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety expectations
• Supporting store goals through teamwork, energy, and consistent execution
• Completing additional tasks as assigned by leaders
