What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with genuine kindness and hospitality.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room.
• Assist with serving guests, assembling orders, and restocking supplies as permitted.
• Support fellow team members during busy periods.
• Follow Chick-fil-A's standards for cleanliness, food safety, and guest service.
• Learn new skills and take on age-appropriate responsibilities as you develop.

All responsibilities will follow applicable state and federal child labor laws.

What We're Looking For

• Must be 14 or 15 years old.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Respectful, coachable, and able to work well with others.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards.
• Willingness to support teammates and serve guests with care.
• Availability for after-school and/or weekend shifts.

No previous work experience is required! We're looking for character, effort, and a willingness to grow.

Scheduling & Availability

This is a part-time position with limited scheduling opportunities due to state and federal child labor regulations.

• During the school year, work is limited to a maximum of 3 hours on school days and 18 hours per school week.
• During the school year, work must generally take place between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
• Weekend, holiday, and school-break shifts may offer additional opportunities within legal limits.
• Scheduling is based on restaurant needs, availability, and applicable labor restrictions.
