Total Compensation: $46,000 – $50,000 annually (base + performance bonus)

As General Manager, you’ll run the day-to-day operations, coach and develop your crew, and make sure every guest experience reflects our mission and standards.

What You’ll Do
- Run daily operations: Deliver on Smoothie King standards for service, quality, cleanliness, and speed.
- Coach & develop your team: Hire, train, and motivate Shift Leaders and Crew to perform at their best every shift.
- Drive the numbers: Manage schedules, labor, and food costs to meet targets while maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Deliver guest excellence: Ensure accurate orders, friendly service, and consistent experiences that keep guests coming back.
- Plan & organize: Keep schedules, timecards, and checklists current and accurate; manage inventory and weekly orders.
- Partner with ownership: Communicate goals, share performance insights, and execute improvement plans promptly.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
Store fully staffed with trained Shift Leaders and clear expectations
Labor and COGS consistently within target ranges
Guest satisfaction at or above benchmarks
Smooth, drama-free shift routines and accurate reports
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of management experience (restaurant, retail, school, or service).
- Natural coach who builds trust, sets clear expectations, and gives feedback with care.
- Highly organized and reliable — thrives with checklists and structure.
- Confident communicator who can lead a diverse, younger team.
- Basic comfort with numbers and reports (sales, labor %, food cost).
- Valid driver’s license; able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Performance Bonus Structure
