Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Serve as Scarlet and Gray Hospitality’s lead/on site representative for all new construction, renovation and capital improvement projects
- Get quotes from all vendors for Owner scoped items
- Coordinate with Owner vendors to ensure scope is covered
- Keep all Owner vendors on schedule
- Provide oversight to all vendors, DOC will ultimately be responsible to get the job done on time, within budget, and fully complete. These will be the Key Performance Indicators the position is evaluated on
- Troubleshoot and problem solve any issues that arise during the construction period
- Be the primary point of contact for deliveries, receiving and inventory of material. Keep documentation of what is delivered and ensure it meets what is quoted
- Provide daily on site support as needed to ensure the job gets done on time and with good quality
- Value engineer all quotes, bids, drawings and plans. Find savings wherever possible
- Keep in constant communication with Ownership for status updates. Provide weekly emails and support all meetings
- Confirm all work is complete according to Franchise/Brand standards
- Look for optimization and synergies with materials and staff across our operational properties
- Be the primary point of contact/first call for maintenance issues. Including leaks, elevator down etc
- Work with General Managers and Maintenance of each property to diagnose complex or recurring maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, HVAC failures) and manage external vendors for resolution, serving as the subject matter expert for capital repairs
- Manage Quore and Preventative Maintenance for properties as well
- For New Construction: Audit and verify all work the general contractor is doing on the job. Leverage expertise in construction to ensure all workmanship is high quality
- This is an on site/in office position. Expectation is all hours worked are at the job site or on property

Minimum Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of construction/project management experience, preferably within hospitality.
- Preferred certifications may include OSHA, PMP, contractor licensing, or facilities management certifications.
- Experience with Quore, preventative maintenance systems, budgeting, and vendor management.
